This started with a question I could not stop asking.

Just a few years into my career, I was sitting with a First Class degree, a Masters Distinction, and a Student of the Year award — feeling quietly invisible.

Not because I was not capable. Because I had spent years doing everything right and still could not see who I was becoming.
